Ordering & Order Status

How can I check the status of my order?

If you have an account, you may log in to review your current and past orders. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help.

What does backorder mean?

A backordered item is temporarily out of stock and expected to ship when it becomes available. If an item on your order is backordered, we will notify you and ship it as soon as inventory is received.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backorder availability depends on incoming inventory and supplier availability. As soon as the item becomes available, we will process and ship it promptly. If you need an update, please contact customer service.

My Account

How do I create an account?

Click the Register link at the top of the website and complete the account setup form. Once your account is submitted and approved, you will be able to access pricing, place orders, and review account information.

How do I update my account information?

Log in to your account and select My Account to update your billing information, shipping information, and other account details.

What if I forgot my password?

Click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page and enter your email address. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to you.

Is my account information kept private?

Shipping

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the items ordered, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Orders are processed promptly after payment approval. Orders placed before our daily shipping cutoff may qualify for same-day shipping, depending on product availability.

Do you offer same-day shipping?

Yes. Orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time are typically shipped the same day when items are in stock.

Do you ship internationally?
